Hotel Garni Obermair, Mayrhofen

The hotel is on the edge of, but also very near to the centre of Mayrhofen, a hidden gem that is extremely clean and modern with a pool available to sooth sore ski and snowboard thighs. The rooms were absolutely lovely with huge radiators for drying gear, though some aspects were beyond a joke. The dining experience was fairly extensive, with tasty options available nearby, but lacked clear information. The service was pleasant with personal touches, yet a bit hesitant with the bill. Facilities provided a range of activities, enhancing the overall experience.

I had a great stay at the hotel. The rooms were nice and big, perfectly comfortable, and spotlessly clean. However, being allocated rooms on the ground floor was a bit disappointing. The service was extremely friendly and helpful. The location was excellent, right on the edge but very near the center of Mayrhofen. The dining experience was plentiful and tasty, especially if you book the evening meal at the nearby Krammerwirt hotel. The facilities were top-notch.

The hotel surprised me with larger rooms than I expected, which was a nice touch. The staff were exceedingly friendly and always willing to help, making my stay very pleasant. The location was great, especially for a winter sports holiday, with easy access to ski buses and other amenities. The dining experience was fantastic with a wide variety of choices, although some information was lacking. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
